Adulthood isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about being prepared to find them.
Plan Management involves a provider, such as Maple Community Services™, assisting you in managing the funding in your NDIS Plan. These providers are referred to as Plan Managers.
As an NDIS participant, your needs are assessed to determine the support options available to you. Once your eligibility and required level of support are established, an NDIS representative collaborates with you and any chosen service providers to create a personalised plan. This plan is then implemented, reviewed, and adjusted as needed throughout your participation in the NDIS program.
At Maple, we simplify your NDIS Plan Management experience. We handle all administrative tasks, including receiving and verifying provider invoices, ensuring service delivery, claiming funds from the NDIA, processing payments, and providing regular updates on your plan usage. Our team works closely with you to allocate funds effectively, ensuring you receive the necessary support and services to achieve your goals.
Selecting the right Plan Management provider is a crucial decision that can greatly influence how you manage your NDIS plan and funding. At the Australian Disability Services Forum, we are proud to be NDIS-registered Plan Managers, dedicated to supporting you in every way you need.
Our approach is centred around your unique needs and preferences. We take the time to understand your goals, determine the level of support you require, and assess your comfort with the financial and administrative aspects of plan management. Our goal is to make the process seamless, ensuring you receive the best possible support tailored to your needs.
