Our Promise to You

At the Australian Disability Services Forum (ADSF), we’re passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities to live life their way — with dignity, independence, and community spirit.

As a registered NDIS provider, we follow the NDIS Practice Standards and uphold the highest quality and safety in everything we do. We’re more than service providers — we’re your support team, your neighbours, and your allies.

Your Rights as a Participant

Every individual we support has the right to be heard, respected, and empowered. When you access services through ADSF, you can expect:

  • Respect for your dignity, privacy, and cultural background
  • Full control over your goals and choices
  • Safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory services
  • Access to clear information to help make informed decisions
  • The ability to provide feedback and complaints without fear
  • Support to involve family, carers, or advocates if you choose

How We Support Your Rights

We follow a person-centred approach, which means:

  • You lead the way in your care and planning
  • We listen closely to what matters to you
  • Your needs, interests, and aspirations guide every step
  • We partner with you — not just provide services

Protecting Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. ADSF follows the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Your information is kept confidential and only used to support you, unless we’re required by law to share it.

Raising Feedback or Complaints

We’re committed to open communication and continuous improvement. If you’re ever unhappy with a service — or simply have an idea to help us do better — we want to hear it. You can:

  • Speak with a trusted staff member
  • Email: Info@australiandsf.com.au
  • Call: 02 9609 3871
  • Or raise a concern directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

All concerns are handled fairly, respectfully, and quickly — with no risk to your service or support.

Keeping You Safe

Safety is a core value at ADSF. We follow strict processes to prevent and respond to any incidents, including abuse or neglect. All our staff are trained in:

  • NDIS incident management and safeguarding
  • Mandatory reporting of serious events
  • Supporting participants in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment

Our Team’s Responsibility

Everyone at ADSF follows the NDIS Code of Conduct, including:

  • Treating participants with respect and integrity
  • Supporting informed decision-making
  • Delivering services competently and safely
  • Acting honestly and professionally at all times

Continuous Improvement

We don’t just meet standards — we aim to exceed them. Your feedback helps us grow. We routinely review our policies, staff training, and service delivery to better serve our community.
